We checked in at 6p. Received room number and key card.. than stated room isnt ready. When we come back in an hour or so, room would be ready. So we arrive back at hotel.. go to assigned room #359 same number on key card. We attempt to walk inside . Which key card unlocked. As we walk inside. We are startled by two people laying in our beds...cant make this up. We went downstairs and they gave us another room. But crazy horrible experience. 0 stars
You get what you pay for Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. The room was not clean—there were spiders in the shower and noticeable stains throughout the space. The walls are also extremely thin; I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms clearly, which made it hard to relax or get any sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made to cleanliness
Without my consent they entered my room and touched my belongings without communicating to me .
No amenities, front desk is never there
Staff was very friendly. Room smelled badly like mold/mildew. Shower curtain had mold. Carpet needs to be cleaned.
Good stay for the price and near Levi’s Stadium for concerts/games! The room smelled heavily of cigarettes

Service wasn’t the greatest. Mainly from the guys at the front. The ladies were okay. The big guy at night was rude and never said a word
