No one at front desk during check in. Had to wait 15 mins for someone. When he did show up, he did not greet. Or say much at all during the process.

The "Grab and Go Breakfast" consisted of coffee in paper cups with no tops, packaged oatmeal with no bowls, and packaged cereal bars. Ridiculous. Tiny little shampoo bottle, kithchen accessories, and anything else needed had to be requested at the front desk. No conditioner or body lotion. The mattress are so uncomfortable , found a bedtick in my room , dirty , and no house keeping to change anything towels/bed sheets anything , very bad overall never again .

I didn't like the fact that my family and i were first floor above our room were people sounded like moving beds, furniture, and walking like giants. Was so disrespectful. Even so tired from the day, still took awhile to get out sleep going
