Nice hotel for the price I was skeptical because of the poor reviews but I needed a place that allowed pets. Both rooms that we had were clean and ready prior to check in time. The beds, furniture and kitchen were decent too. My wife who is picky liked the place. Her only complaint was the pillows were too hard. I would stay here again.

"extended-stay" in morgan hill, ca the room served its purpose plus a few extras; such as a stove, microwave, mid-sized refrid., desk, and a lazy boy chair. You can't beat it for the price.

Well the thing that was the most annoying was that my windows would not close properly nor lock. I called the front desk and was not only hung up on when I started talking but called back and was not answered. When I went downstairs to talk about it, the front desk woman said she was on the phone with someone else. So she was alone. And when I told her about the windows, she did not apologize nor did she offer to request maintenance help the following day (I checked in at night and apparently she was alone). Bad hair day Room was exactly as described. I have traveled extensively for work and this would be in the top level of hotel. The only issue I would advise is that they bring the hair dryer back to their basic items in every room. Because this had been provided in 99% of the rooms I have had, I did not bring one with me. On arrival and finding it was not in the room I requested one from the front desk, there was not one available. When we arrived at the hotel we were not really satisfied because the front desk told us that the room that we had reservations for had been sold out so we were down graded to a queen bed. It really wasn't a big deal after the fact, just seemed a little un-professional.

Good night sleep Is a Hotel where you enjoy a good night sleep, I like the service and the confort of the rooms. I wish the weaher was better when we checked in it was kind of cold to be a night of AUGUST.
