Easy and convenient and staff were professional. Breakfest bar was very poor quality. At the least have some fresh items and coffe not in stock seemed a little weird.
Bed is horrible super flat no cushion to it at all The room had a very weird smell even the hall ways The hotel seems to be super outdated ,didn’t get the room originally requested
The only downside of this hotel is that it had a pee smell up on the second floor. Also we had called for fresh towels and they would not bring it to us. We had to go downstairs to get them. I don’t think that was right that’s why we paid for the service Overall it was a good stay.
Joke of a breakfast, no coffee no shampoo water is dirty
Hotel states there is free continental breakfast. In the morning there was only coffee and no food at all. We picked this hotel based on the breakfast so we can grab and go but nothing to grab. There was no kitchenware, you have to ask the front desk but when I went down there, the person was on the computer and would not assist me so I used napkins as plates. There is no ice machine at all

Reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights they checked us out after 2 nites and didnt refund the third nite now trying to get money back. Wifi was down so had to wait in lobby for 1 1/2 hrs to check in first nite.
