Self service you do your garbage, bring soiled towels to the front desk if you want new ones. Lousy customer service. Employees can’t understand english

When we wanted to get our third room they sold our room to someone else therefore they were sold out. I we got 2/3 rooms and the third one they didn’t honor or saved it to our reservation. Bad management and very rude staff. They don’t care about their guests

Checked in little after 8pm just needed a good nights rest after driving all day. Gave me a room on first floor end of hall by the stairs where people came in and out all night. FYI people live here so i guess thats normal...

Front desk was far from picked up and professional. Was given a key card holder with 7 room numbers crossed out with a pen (from previously been used for several other rooms). The sheets on the bed were stained and had holes in it. Went down to get more and was given a ball of sheets (non folded or anything). I went to take a bath after a long day at work and found a bath tub with no drain stopper. Thw beds are hard and small and the water was gross the walls are thin and can hear the people and not a lot for breakfast
