Staff was very helpful
Great room, terrible staff After a very long drive I hoped to receive a warm welcome with a smile, instead I saw two individuals, heads down looking at their screens. No eye contact, smile, or warm greeting when one muttered they would be right with us. When finally assisted again I was hoping for smiles and warmth, but received neither. A person named Joan helped us. Joan assumed I didn't want the room and deposit charges on the same card which resulted in two charges to that card. Annoying.
