Staff to guest interaction The staff especially the receptionist are not pleasant. Feels like they are avoiding you. Does not even greet you ‘Good morning’ or acknowledge you passing by.

The room itself was comfortable, but sadly, it had a terrible odor, possibly stale smoke although it is a non-smoking facility. Thankfully, we were only there for one night so we didn't say anything, but I could not have made an "extended stay" in that room.
