Nice room, superb customer service and a great price Great size room with kitchen. Big bathroom and comfortable bed. The a/c unit didn't work very well but it wasn't terribly hot. The front desk agent (Carrie) was great! I would absolutely stay here again.
Thanks Extended Stay! The staff at this extended stay was so nice and so helpful. They alone made the stay worth it. Dan is an awesome guy who is super accomadating. I will definitely stay again.
Definitely coming back. Great, clean hotel near everything. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The only thing is that the bed was very noisy, every time I would make the slightest move it would make noise. Some people might complain that the freeway is to noisy but my room was more toward back so out didn't bother be at all.

extended stay is limited service extended stay is limited service, so keep that in mind: they do not clean the rooms daily. The room was comfortable and there is a kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful.
simple Good staff. Very bad the entrance to the hotel. You must go too slowly not to pass by it
will stay here again ac was really loud and satellite for tv would go in and out sometimes (very quickly come back but still annoying). Room was clean and nice staff helped with ideas for restaurants

立地はいいが、ホテルへの入り口が入りづらい 日本でいうところの2階建アパートのような作り。フロントで受付をすると、いくつかの棟に分かれたアパートの一室を案内される。各棟の下に駐車スペースがあるので移動に便利。 ただ、エレベーターがなく階段なので、2階だと重いスーツケースの上げ下ろしには苦労する。 向かいにはスーパーがあるが、交通量の多い大きな通りを渡らないといけないので、徒歩だと信号まで迂回するため時間がかかる。車だとすぐに行けるが。 また、エントランスが道路の右側からしか入れないので、EL Camino通りを南下してきた場合はUターンしてから入らなければならず不便。 とはいえ、マウンテンビューという立地の良さ、価格の安さから考えるとまた利用したい。
no frills place Stayed here for a business trip because all other hotels around the area were sold out. If I could, I would stay somewhere else.
