Hotel near the sewer treatment plant. Upon arriving there was much confusion about the reservation and it took 25 minutes to get it recitfied. Then we were told that our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working (we found out it had been out of order for several days). There was NO maid service for the entire stay of 3 nights, and the only toiletry provided was a one-day supply of shampoo. Horrible place. Their computer system was down when we arrived so we could not check in. After over an hour, and we finally got checked in, we were informed that the elevators were not working and the third floor room they gave us was the only choice. They claimed that the elevators would be working by Friday (this was a Wednesday), but they were still not working when we left on Saturday. Newer but not well operated. Newish facility but not well kept: bathroom door couldn't close, toilet seat loose, cigarette butts in hallway outside door.

Spend a few extra $'s and go elsewhere It faces the freeway, the indoor pool is actually and indoor/outdoor pool. The hot tub was colder than the pool. The pool smelled. The pool towels were rough and the size of a hand towel! Front desk employees seemed annoyed they have to work. Oh you have to go down to the lobby to get any utensils if you want to use the kitchen! ELEVATOR was broken and only rooms available on THIRD Floor. Free breakfast is Nature Valley bars. Two thumbs down!

DON'T STAY HERE!!! This hotel was horrible! We reserved a non smoking room, but the room we checked into had been recently smoked in. I immediately called the front desk and notified them and asked to be moved. The man that answered just kept telling me that it is a non smoking room. I went down to the front desk to ask to be moved and explain why, but the lady just kept repeating that it was a non smoking room. Who pulled the fire alarm???? Last day of vacation, visited Muir Woods, hotel was close enough and fairly priced. Not that great of neighborhood and people are a bit sketchy staying in the hotel. Someone pulled the fire alarm for kicks in the middle of night, not a great idea for mom and two kids to wander down stairwell at night?? No fire, just lots of no sleep. Beds horrible and felt itchy. One night was enough!!

Over Priced This hotel is over priced and not what you expect for the $200 a night. There was a false sense that there is a breakfast served but it is a few snack items and coffee. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom, furniture was chipped and surfaces had sticky residue. The dryer didnt work in the bathroom. It could have been nice if the manager would clean daily and actually serve a breakfast. Very dissappointed.
