I expected it to be better, and the room was not clean.
The AC unit was very loud and disturbing sleep.
This place is incredible clean, very welcoming and it feels like home.
Room clean. Concierge was great.
I liked how clean and new the hotel room was. However, we waited a while to get checked in because there was only one staff member at the time who wasn't at the desk for a bit (to be fair, I think she was helping another customer). Just wish it was more staffed.
