I found the hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The ventalation system was not too good as it was noisy and seemed to be blowing cold air during the night.

The room was fine and the reception OK as well. The swimming pool was not great (deteriorating paintwork, and debris in the pool despite it being indoors). Pets are permitted but the dog exercise area is very small, has no grass and is very dirty. It is also the same area as the smoking area so is full of cigarette butts. The hotel should provide a much better dog exercise area as they charge $125 for a 20lb dog for 5 days. The corridors smell of dog pee and it may be linked to the sub-par exercise area.

Not the best Extended Stay. 3/5 is generous. Limited parking at night. Didn’t want to park on the road two blocks over and walk by myself. A lot of company trucks took up the spots with their equimpment. Didn’t want to park in a tow zone either. Customer service alright. Room was decent. Not the best extended stay I’ve ever stayed at by far.

They were doing cable tv conversions and needed access to rooms, could not leave valuables, had to take them with us all week. Staff, pool nice. Grab and go breakfast could use some more variety.

Easy Location Overall, very pleased with the room and facilities. Pool and spa were clean and not crowded. My family would have liked a few more options for grab and go breakfast.

The hotel was adequate but unfortunately this was a pleasure trip and the hotel is located within a business pk and next to a freeway. It is ideal for business travellers but not for leisure guests. Should have looked at a Google maps a little longer!. Facilities in hotel are average and breakfast is not included apart from a coffee pot.
