Friendly staff and very clean. Would like to maybe use some more breakfast and coffee options. The key cards were finicky and rarely worked first try.

The gentleman with the blond hair who worked the morning of 10/5 and 10/6 was extremely nice, professional, gave us great service and named several restaurants for us to try. He really seems to enjoy his job and is a people person which we really enjoyed. Hope we see him again. One thing I did NOT like was the person over us on the 3rd floor. It was constant stomping back and forth alllllll day and night.
