Damp and moldy room and bug present We checked in around 10pm and the check in process was quick. The luggage trolley and the elevator was close by which was convenient. Our room was on the third floor and just a few steps from the elevator which I like since I have a bad back. The room felt old and damp and it smell moldy. While we were unpacking, I spotted a bug crawling on top of the dresser and I quickly squashed it. We reported this matter the next day and they offered a room change.
