ur stay Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Outside atmosphere not so good. Very loud by other people staying there. Cigarette all over the place and homeless people with their carts

Okay Stay Couple of pet peeves. I was charged a per day pet fee when for my whole stay, (16 days) my room wasn't cleaned once. You are charging a pet fee because they make such a mess, but you didn't even clean my mess. Seems a bit backwards. Secondly, I am a non smoker. Smoking is not to occur 25 ft close to a building. Why would there be cigarette butts in front of my door, on the stairwell, and in the hand of the person passing me on the stairs. Very basic. Just what was needed. Kitchenette has no utensils... likely due to the health restrictions these days
