Poor front desk service. The front desk service is poor. She made a fuss to get us a coffee maker. The bathroom sink did not have hot water and the tap was dripping badly. She promised to send a plumber to take a look but no one showed up to check or fix.

Estrictos El hotel está excelente y en buenas condiciones, el problema es el personal y el tipo de registro, ya que tiene que ir cada persona con su id, para hacer el registro, en otros hoteles con el solo echo de ir una persona basta., pero bueno cada hotel tiene sus reglas pero es la última vez que me quedo aquí :/

NO Extra Sheets/Blankets/Pillows for Kids Other than having my phone stolen from the lobby, it was an okay stay. Knowing that we had at least 3 people staying in the room, there was NO extra sheets/blankets/pillows for the couch/hideaway.

The location of the property is good and close to many places. The parking was little hard to find close to your room and also the breakfast options was not so great.

Thanks to the staff. When we arrived at 12:30am i saw that the parking lot was full. When I went to get the key, it’s all ready for us.
