Close to the church at which we needed to be. Great service! The young man that checked us in at midnight was very pleasant. One thing, we were in room 166 and all of a sudden the bathroom wall was actually vibrating, very loud. It carried to the kitchen wall. Our thought was it must have been the fan in the bathroom. Thank God the guest didn't use it at 6 AM.

Good Enough! Stayed here overnight for business. The front desk is a bit slow and the grab and go breakfast is not worth the effort. Rooms are fine, WIFI works, parking is easy and check-in easy. No complaints. Some of the drawers in the room were missing handles and there were holes in the walls were previous appliances had been removed, but nothing serious. This is not a smoke free hotel, so you will smell smoke around the building and in the parking lot - not ideal for me.

SanRamon 英語が曖昧なわたしにも、スタッフの人はとても親切に教えてくれました。 部屋にはキッチンや食器がついていて、しばらく生活できそうな感じでした。 でもシャワーだけだったのでバスタブがあるとよかったと思いました。 わたしが泊まった部屋以外でバスタブありの部屋あるのかな？

Front Desk service good... room clean & comfortable... unfortunately WiFi not in service..repair man was onsite but I was not able to use for my one nite stay

noisy- Not the Freeway but the adjoining rooms. Was great for what we needed at such short notice. I was pleased with the Room...more than I had expected.

Room way too expensive. Felt safe. Menu could have more variety. Hotel conference rooms too cold.
