About what I expected. The kitchenette would have been convenient had I been staying longer than one night.

Great hotel just poorly trained hotel staff Got there late and hotel was running night audit that seemed like hotel needs to wait till after 11 when check in ends. Hotel concierge didn't tell us or other guests where our room was At and all of us were out searching where our rooms were at. Once we got past there hotel is very nice and great rooms they just need to improve in the other areas

Check your receipts Disclaimer: I'm sure my experience here was not average, and my issues were partly my fault. Overall, not a great experience, but the rooms (despite the smell in mine) were well furnished and comfortable. I unintentionally booked a "smoking" room. I was surprised at check-in and they had no more non-smoking rooms (at the rate I paid for of course). Convenient and Reasonably Priced Since I was driving and didn't arrive at the hotel until 10 pm, I thought the rigid 11 am check out time was a little unreasonable.

I was very disappointed that the fitness room was being repaired and no alternate solutions were offered or that I was altered to the situation prior to checking in. I might have made alternative plans.I travel for business and having access to a fitness room and location for work were the reasons I picked this hotel.

Perfect! All was great, however if you are sensitive to smoke make sure to ask for a room away from smokers.
