grounds were nice, Guests above us were VERY LOUD stomping feet on ceiling. Not quiet at all.

The parking spots are tiny! The iron on our room didn't heat up and leaked water all over the place. When i went to the front desk, they had no idea what to do about it. After a phone call and confusion. I suggested to get one from a different room 🙄. Not sure why i needed to supply the answer, but i was sick of waiting. Front desk was really nice and apologetic, which was fine - but a plan really would have helped and a person that could think through some problem solving would have been nice. The second iron? The staff was very accommodating, and the Goleta property is strategically located near the Freeway and a major offramp.
Walls were a bit thin and someone was playing music really loudly. TV didn't seem to have enough bandwidth or something... pixelated or cut out completely every 10-15 minutes. Make sure you ask for plates, cups, silverware, etc. There's nothing in the room.
