The room is outdated, kitchen was empty and you need to order anything you may need (utensils, glasses). The free breakfast was not much more than a snack table with Coffee at the lobby. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable but the bedsheets were so wrinkled they did not appear to have been washed, a little stain on one of them so we did call front desk and Sarah came and changed our sheets; she did say that she was going to give us a credit for the inconvenience but we never got the $50 she prom... read more

Very welcoming! We needed an early check in and staff couldn’t confirm, but once we arrived our room was ready. I love the diversity of staff. Front desk asked if we had any pets, no, but seeing the dogs around was even more welcoming. Definitely, will stay again if we need a room in Santa Barbara.
