Room was just ok. We stayed for 3 nights and never got the room serviced. Had to ask front desk for extra towels but they were all very nice. The room has a refrigerator and stove for cooking but you have to ask for the pots, pans and cooking utensils at the front desk. Ironing board was broken and could not use. No coffee maker in the room. Overall was suggest staying elsewhere for the price

Hotel was clean front desk friendly room clean asked for a coffee pot and they gave us one. Would stay there again

Morning....the room was spacious and clean and I did like the king bed and how comfortable it was. Easy to check in and pleasant and helpful staff. I do like this hotel because it is very affordable and nice and it is very hard to find places to stay such as this when we visit our daughter at UCSB. Esther

The bed and bedding was nicer than expected. The kitchen was great and the staff provided serveware and cooking utensils quickly and free of charge. The only thing that detracted from the room was a very noisy refrigerator that made it hard to sleep. When I stepped into the lobby there was an intense smell of cleaning product that came from the elevator. Being in the elevator was intense, the smell was so strong!
