The bed was super stiff, and the room didn’t have a “clean” smell (it wasn’t dirty, but not a fresh smell).

There was no ice machine, or ice bucket, or cups for my cocktail. Every hotel I've stayed at has those things. There was two ice trays in the fridge, but the maids apparently don't fill them.
