Needs improvement. We didn’t had cold water in the bathroom sink during our stay. Had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. And the door lock of the bathroom was broken.

No coffee in the room when it has a kitchen (with no dishes at all). Microwave was broken too. Fairly clean. Staff was nice.

Family reunion Staff was very friendly, especially Cindy. Pet friendly was a big plus. A suggestion would be to have a small enclosed pet area where the pets could be off-leash. Two weeks is a long time to not let a dog loose outside for a bit! Would really like to have an option for secure wi-fi to be able to take care of personal business while in the comfort and quiet of the room.

Service was great, but the bathroom was horrible, the shower nozzle was hot glued on and there were old towels from a previous stay tucked under the sink in the bathroom. That gives me an idea of what the cleanliness of the room might be.
