Clean Hotel with very friendly staff Close to UCSB and not far from downtown Santa Barbara. Breakfast is just coffee and some wrapped muffins. Room was clean and staff was very nice.

Need improvements Hope they take it has a positive coment, the complementary breakfast they offer could be improved, specially having a designated room for it.

Clean and good location. Pleasant people. Our complaint is that they should not advertise that breakfast is included when only coffee and granola bars are on offer.

Good location, Decent Price We had a great stay and everyone was very nice to us and our dog. The room was clean and comfortable but could use an update. "Breakfast" was coffee, muffins, and oatmeal, so I wouldn't exactly call that breakfast but it was still better than nothing. Overall good stay and perfect for what we needed.
