Our first room smelled very strongly of weed. We had to asked to be moved, and the woman working the front desk was very kind and switched our rooms. We were moved to another room that also had a unique smell, but it was bearable. The kitchen was old and just like the bathroom, it could have used a deep clean. This place has its pro and cons. The good thing is that this place has an In and Out burger across the street, a few minutes drive to down town Santa Barbara and Goleta old town. Cons? There’s no pool and if you’re staying longer than a day you’ll have to pay an additional $10 per day to get your room clean, and that part is no where to be found when you reserve a room, the hotel smell pretty weird around the aisles and there’s no breakfast (for wha the add says) just a bunch of coffee containers and granola bars.
