The best part about this place was that it is quiet and has a very good staff. The room appeared clean, the towels were fresh but under the thin bed sheet there were several hairs on the mattress pad that were not mine because I had not used the bed yet. The complimentary breakfast was NO breakfast unless you are into gas station mini mart packaged muffins and granola bars. The shower head wasn't too strong and the water had a softener in it which was good for soft hair and skin but it seemed scented. The whole room seemed t... read more

Training Opportunity at Front Desk & Manager Manager Cynthia not too friendly, but otherwise a very good stay at a well-maintained property... After a glitch in their own Reservations system when I checked in the night before (causing a 30 minute wait for me to receive a room), the next morning Cynthia called my room at 8:30 AM and said she “needed me to come to the front desk” to help her sort it out. Great family place Front desk staff was extremely helpful and patient. We had a lovely stay. I would certainly come again. “Breakfast” is lame (muffins and granola bars) but worked fine for us.

Santa Barbara mini business trip Good location for my business trip. Close to markets, gas, food and near (but not too close) to freeway. Will consider staying at this hotel again the next time in Santa Barbara.
