Clean, quiet , comfortable. What more do you need I stayed in a room that was clean, had a refrigerator, it even had a small kitchen. It was very comfortable . Quiet, yet centrally located.
People hanging out on the car walks drinking and talking loud. Hand to hand drug transactions in the parking lot. A prostitute working in the parking lot. At least I saw the cops drive through the parking lot several times a night.

Served purpose, but safety is more important The property was questionable. Since it is extended stay, they had some units that seemed house people down on their luck. Although many blue collar workers were staying there and I could tell they were hard working. The elevator had been tagged with graffiti (it was removed quickly). Yeah was all over, must have been trash day. Grass was dead. Super convenient, right off the 101. Lots of fast food type restaurants very close by and shopping as well. Staff very friendly and my room was neat and clean. Very comfortable bed.
