We could not get the air and heat to work, and it could be spruced up a bit with better landscaping. And the grab and go breakfast consisted of oatmeal you could make, a chocolate muffin, and you had to make instant coffee because they haven’t had a coffee shipment in weeks they said. Kind of disappointing. It’s a relatively older building so there’s only so much you can do! Otherwise it was fine.
Filthy & falling apart!!! The staff member at check-in was very friendly & you can have pets. Other than that ..it was awful!!! Trash cans were over flowing with trash. Trash on the ground everywhere, including elevator. Room was outdated. Dirt on floor. Mirrors had a film over them. Water pressure was minimal. Hole in the sink where something was suppose to go..soap dispenser? Kitchen cabinets were pressed plywood, almost fell off when I opened them. No kitchen supplies at all. Convenient night's stay! Gets the job done for a night's stay. Pros: The property is close to restaurants, gas, shopping areas, the freeway, free parking, water pressure is nice. The kitchen was convenient, it had a fulled sized fridge/freezer, oven/stove top, microwave, sink area. -no utensils nor plates/bowls, so take your own of you need to Cons: Several towels were stained, stains on the carpet, "non smoking rooms" smelled like cigarettes, wifi didn't work, standing water in tub (draining issues?)

It was OK The check in was a little rough. The person checking us in was new and a bit frazzled. They couldn't find my reservation, all tho my emails from Hotels.com had my correct name it was booked under my madien name. Rob was nice, just frazzled. EAS states on their site they are 'fully stocked' all tho there was nothing in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker! We were told we would have to go get them from the office.
