It was OK The check in was a little rough. The person checking us in was new and a bit frazzled. They couldn't find my reservation, all tho my emails from Hotels.com had my correct name it was booked under my madien name. Rob was nice, just frazzled. EAS states on their site they are 'fully stocked' all tho there was nothing in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker! We were told we would have to go get them from the office. We passed on that, but did feel that was a bit of false advertising. Our room keys were disabled halfwa... read more
