Only stopped in for a night on the way to San Fran. It was a nice place to rest my head for the night

Quieter than I expected for being right next to the freeway. Would stay there again if the need arises.

Okay, Not Great Adequate lodging however location not the greatest. Okay if you have business to attend to in the area, but not for leisure stay by a long shot.

When I arrived the hotel was overbooked. I was asked if I could hold on while they called their other location. Of course that location was also overbooked. I was finally given a room and began my 6 night stay. Pros: I was able to control the room temperature freely, room was spacious and fairly clean. Cons: loud neighbors, no hair dryer, no room service throughout the 6 nights and the tiny soaps lasted the first two nights. Free breakfast was prepackaged items that didn’t appeal to me. I would not stay at this chain again.

The Management team left the front desk personnel short and without a replacement. The young lady cleaning rooms had to clean rooms and check guests into hotel. The young lady should be commended for her efforts and management should be reprimanded for their lack of support.
