The floor appeared clean, until we wiped up water we had spilled and the towels was black! Check-in and out was fast and easy. Parking was fine. Ideally located near the fairgrounds.
I dont do any of those things. I felt comfortable.

A little above average, not best, not the worst It’s fine, if looking for cheap and fairly safe, it beats the h out of the Park, Super 8, Sandman and motel 6. I work here a lot, those are all cruddy and not real safe feeling. The north extended stay is a bit nicer, but for the price difference between the two, definitely smarter to stay at south cost wise.
