This was a goodbye option for us during our 1 night stay in Savannah. It was relatively close to downtown (couple miles) so being able to stay for this price was a huge plus. The staff was very friendly. Eboni was super helpful and Diandre was also very polite. We highly recommend booking here for an inexpensive stay close to all attractions.

No coffee pot and walls are very thin could hear people in ither room as if they were in your room. Had coffee in lobby but was empty . Had continental breakfast but still no coffee.

We had difficulties with check in. The associate on duty was new and worked alone. She was not knowledgable about the travelocity process. We paid for two rooms through travelocity; however, she wanted to charge us for an additional one. Check in which is normally a 5 to 10 minutes took 45 minutes. I have used travelocity in the past and I know the ease of check-in. A second associate show up for his shift. He was annoyed and wasnt helpful either.
