No coffee pot and walls are very thin could hear people in ither room as if they were in your room. Had coffee in lobby but was empty . Had continental breakfast but still no coffee.

We had difficulties with check in. The associate on duty was new and worked alone. She was not knowledgable about the travelocity process. We paid for two rooms through travelocity; however, she wanted to charge us for an additional one. Check in which is normally a 5 to 10 minutes took 45 minutes. I have used travelocity in the past and I know the ease of check-in. A second associate show up for his shift. He was annoyed and wasnt helpful either. No supervision/No Respect I choose this hotel because it was enclosed I thought it would be safe and it was close to SSU for graduation, and I thought the price was decent. Well next time I will pay more for another location. keep looking The area and people around the hotel felt sketchy. There was a fair amount of loitering in and at the back of the hotel. Air conditioner and room need updating. Front staff not very friendly. The only offerings for breakfast were instant grits, instant oatmeal and granola bars...which is better than nothing. Overall, very overpriced for the stay, comfort and location.
