10 minutes from downtown. Hotel does not have a pool, nor do they offer cleaning every day of stay.

Close to historic downtown, good short stay Enjoyed the close proximity to historic downtown. Parking lot is difficult to enter as most everyone misses the one way entrance. I booked a queen bed and received two doubles so my husband was a little aggravated. Just an old hotel that could use a little spring cleaning and maintenance to feel more comfortable.

Nowhere near River Street Savannah The hotel was very clean and up-to-date but the location was not so good

Even though the hotel looked like it had been renovated, there was still a smell of nasty/old carpet or something resembling that smell. The hotel staff was kind of rude and it's overpriced for what it is and no pool. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was extremely loud and cut on and off all throughout the night.

Not very clean The room floors were sticky. After cleaning, the room was just ok.

Expedia totally messed up my reservation. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. A great shout out to Falinda for her professionalism and care!!!!

A bit overdue for an upgrade. Check-in was great. The check-in employee was friendly and efficient. General condition of the property looked a bit dated. Immediate appearance of our room looked OK. The kitchen area looked clean. The carpet, however, was not in as good condition as the kitchen area. It felt a bit tacky underfoot and definitely ready for a deep cleaning or replacement.
