comfortable, the young gentleman at the front desk was GREAT!!! You should either promote him or give him a raise!

Poor management Cat/Kat was great. She is the only pleasant person that works at Extended Stay. Seems like most of their employees are unhappy with their jobs and it reflects in the attitude. The shower was dirty, found a used bar of soap. Refridgerater didn't even shut and it was dirty. Dishes were left in front of our door from the person before us. When we checked out, the dishes were still on the ground.

Bellevue good hotel for the class. No frills. Staff was nice and it was clean, but dated. About 3 miles from downtown.

It's nice, reasonable and close to shopping mall If you need a stay near Factoria Mall, this is the best deal around there. It's just behind the headquarter of T-Mobile. You can find fine foods and cinema. Breakfast is serving but only muffins and coffee. But there is a shopping mall , you can find many choice of breakfast, if you really want gorgeous one. Quiet and comfortable!

Convenient, friendly, new and nice We had an early flight out of Florence airport, this hotel was conveniently located, New, very nice, and with a great friendly staff

Nice place close to shopping. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Close to a shopping mall and lots of food eateries. We were attending a tournament in the vicinity. Because we knew there would be no dishes we brought along a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, coffee mugs and creamers. This facility is set up for long term stays but works very well for overnight visits. The breakfast is just take away energy bars but we take along our own little packets of porridge.
