Room needed much repair The receptionist was nice. The AC in the room was broken & fixed the 2nd day. The toilet was leaking & fixed the 2nd day. The fan in the bathroom was broken & a part had to be ordered so we were asked not to use it. We booked 3 days to be close to relatives we were visiting. The staff did their best to fix things. There were no dishes, etc in the room. You had to ask for each item at the front desk. Inconvenient!!!

Good Location Clean room BUT Sink and tub drain were clogged. Had those two issues not been present rating would be better

The wife said the bed was hard, but it was fine for me. The air conditioner blows onto the bed, so I moved the chair closer to the air conditioner to block the air from blowing right on the bed.....

Not as advertised/Poor customer service Unfortunately our stay was not as ideal as we had planned based on the room as advertised. We did not have a coffee/tea maker in room, which wasn't a huge deal. However the room advertises that we would have cookware, dish ware and utensils. The room had none of these. We went down to the lobby to see if these items were available. Nobody was available at the counter and there was a not stating they would be back at a certain time.
