Great staff, but overall cleanliness very disappoi Cannot fault the service from the staff at all. However the rooms are dated and really need refurbished our room had stains on the carpet and a stale smell, we were there for 2 weeks and our room wasn’t cleaned once. We ended up buying our own bleach etc to clean toilet sink and bath. No brush or vacuum in room to clean floor carpet etc. carpet was very badly stained room 120 was our room. The to clean the room excellent service
I found a pizza crust when I was cleaning & the bathroom had lint and hair in the tub. The staff was a little strange but overall nice. The room itself was cozy, honestly the set up of the room gave me “Jeffrey Dahmer” vibes so I moved the couch around and some tables i of course moved it back the exact way (I took pics of when I got their to make sure) the kitchenette and optional kitchenette cooking stuff was cool asf
Front desk clerk (Dawn) was professional, personal and helpful. Always a hello and a nice smile. Made my stay very pleasant
The room was nice and and the pool. the hotel did have a little smell. the bed was somewhat comfy. the pull out couch was okay also very squeaky.
