The front desk staff at night--Alan, I think--was so courteous, considerate & understanding to our concerns & request. He treated us like old friends!
Not very happy It was ok but the tv didnt work well, there was no breakfest, we had to wait for 20 minutes to get checked in(no one at desk) and the pool was closed for maintenance and that is why i got the room

No coffee available except during 'grab and go" breakfast hours. Would it be too much to ask to have a bench for people to sit and smoke?

Unfortunately, our experience started badly because we decided to come early on the 4th of July and the staff gave us the 'only room available', which was the handicapped room that had a strong dog pee smell and the shower couldn't keep any water in and soaked the whole bathroom floor. But the next day when we were supposed to move to the room I had booked months ago, we were surprised to find ourselves put on the same room as the night before!
