The room was nice and and the pool. the hotel did have a little smell. the bed was somewhat comfy. the pull out couch was okay also very squeaky.

My room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in time. No breakfast, just granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

The first night when we check-in, the associate was friendly, courteous and professional. Guest need to request all kitchen supplies and appliance. No breakfast in this hotel. Hotel only provided coffee and granola bars. Our room was spacious but the bathroom door was broken. I have to request a maintenance to repair it and was not repaired during our stay. Check out was a not convenient. We wanted a receipt but the associate was not helpful because she said it was the morning staff that printed receipt.

I liked my room, and the staff. I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room. The fitness area had no towels or hand sanitizer but a sign that says to use these things. There was no remote control for the television in the fitness center, and comically, there is a sign that says only one person is allowed in the fitness center at one time even though there is both a treadmill and an elliptical.
