Free Coffee, not breakfast - Under staffed I made the 3-night reservation last minute and checked in 2 hours after reserving. The front desk attendant said they were overbooked and had no rooms. She kindly offered to personally clean a room for us that someone had left early even though she isn't part of the housekeeping staff. No other hotels had vacancies so we agreed. The staff was very understanding and very likeable. I did not like the fact that the first night we were next to room 221 and the person in that was playing his music very loudly. He was also very noisy in the hallway. I ended up called the front desk and complaining at 11:55 pm and the front desk contacted him and he quieted down. I asked for a different room the next morning and the office staff was able to put me in a different room away from this person.

Overall, our stay was great; the staff, safety, cleanliness were more than appropriate. My only complaint is that the gym was under repair due to a water damage issue. However, the unavailability of this amenity was not disclosed.
