What was portrayed as a full breakfast it was muffins and instant hot cereal. Not known that they did not make beds and take out garbage every day. Needing to take our own garbage out. It needs to be more explained how things work. The picture do no match the site. I will choose to never stay at a place like that. We vacation really often and have stayed in very many hotels

Seemed like a nice facility. Customer service was very poor. Even though we had made our reservation approx 4 months before arriving, they were sold out of the room we reserved. There were 4 of us, only room close to our request was a room with 1 Q bed. Offered us a smoking room with 1 K. Key cards did not work. The 4 of us ended uo sharing the 1 Q bed room with sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. Got to offered continental breakfast near end of scheduled time and nearly nothing left. Overall not a great experience.

I like the proximity to Starbucks & other restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet. Did not like lack of HD TV. Limited TV options. And the so called breakfast is a joke. They ran out of muffins one morning, sugar and even coffee one day. 😒

Sadly underwhelming The person at the front desk said she was about to give away our room. She also said that the breakfast was not good. The beds were uncomfortable.

Good location It was fine. It was a quick trip for us. Bed was too firm. I would prefer a pillowtop. The staff was friendly when you could find someone. Quiet location so that is why we choose this place.
