Ehhh? Looks nice but everything was falling apart on the inside. It took an hour to get us registered in then it took us an hour just to get into our room because the keys were not working after the third time the keys work to let us in but they only work one time there was no screen in the window and we were on the second floor and we have a baby these sheets were stained there was not really breakfast but they tell you that up front security is good front desk staff does not know what their job is or what they are doing an... read more

very clean property. rooms are large,I like the couch, table and kitchen, although did not use it this trip. Neighborhood is quiet, with lots of dining options.

The floor as you entered the room was very sticky. The bathroom floor in the sink area was sticky as well. There was an obvious spill on floor by table in kitchen area that was not cleaned up. The phone on the table had not been cleaned nor dusted in some time. The rest of the room was fine. There was very rarely any staff at the desk in lobby. Both to check in and out had to call.

Noisy Had a person walk back and forth loudly on the floor/room above me for an hour in the middle of the night; really disruptive to sleep. The front desk clerk was nice and a very efficient check-in. My TV remote didn't work either but I suppose I could have rectified that by calling the front desk. I was very tired and that just seemed like another inconvenience.

Kitchen had nothing in it, not even a coffee maker. They want you to call down to the front desk to get one. The toilet paper was thin and rough. Bathroom molding was pretty banged up. Pillows were flat bed was very firm, no remote for the tv. The staff was nice just very lacking on any comforts.

The bed and the pull out bed were both very uncomfortable. The pillows smelled like someone's shampoo and not like clean laundry. The pillows were very low quality as well.
