Horrible smoking smell on entire floor and window screens full of holes so couldn't keep open

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was so so. Breakfast terrible.

Dead person across the hallway. Breakfast was terrible. A lot of residence/homeless people. Hotel smelt like a gym

Over all It’s not clean. We tell them the front desk to change the towels,iron and hung they didn’t do nothing.

Room was dirty, counter in bathroom coming away from frame. Floor was filthy, I purchased cleaning products to clean it. Counters are gritty with dirt, the fridge was dirty, I needed to clean drawers before I could put our clothes in them. Carpet needed shampooed. I could go on and on. Would not recommend this particular hotel.

Kitchen faucet had a spraying leak, no cutlery or dishes and one of the beds had a smelly blanket

Disgusting Experience Night hotel staff member was rude & inappropriate. She complained of having cramps to my husband who calmly told her to drink some water. Took 11 rings before front desk answered phone from room. Provided room keys that didn't work. Requested 3 extra pillows & clerk tried to give husband a filthy one & then complained about having to find clean ones while repeatedly saying she usually works at the casino.
