overall stay suitable for American this is one of my bad experience in hotel stay in recent years. 1) lack of basic things for personal use in bathroom, although i did not go to front desk to ask but i think they should put one set (at least) in the bathroom for ready to use. 2) the water flow extremely low, i take the shower like bathing under the rain outside, water pressue far away from standard in the bathroom, i know many place in American will be the same in order to save the water but it was too too slow flow. 3) no o... read more

Church Gathering Put in Reservation Early Fall for 1St Floor room. Wasn't available. Room wasn't cleaned. Bathroom toilet made for small Children. Very difficult to use. No sound proofing. You heard everything next door. Breakfast buffet was limited in its offerings plus there weren't any plates or trays to take your food back to the room. Difficult to carry plus drinks.

Close to where we needed to be Was very disappointed that this hotel didn't even provide the basics. I went to wash my hands after first arriving into the room and went to find the hand soap, and there wasn't any! What hotel doesn't provide bar hand soap? Shower time, no washcloths, really? Dry my hair time, no blow dryer, coffee time, no coffee pot, I always bring my own coffee, but I use the coffee pot to get hot hot water, beds were hard as a rock, towels that were provided were paper thin, for the price we paid, 190.00 p... read more

ok hotel When we turned on the water for the bathtub, brown things came out of the faucet so i had to run the water for awhile until it cleared. Then the tub was clogged.

great service, okay rooms. The floor we stayed on had a foul smell as we walked out of the elevator. The room felt a bit cheap--the cabinet was peeling. The carpet had a lot of stains. We just didn't feel that comfortable. But, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Should be refunded Absolutely horrible. Hotel lobby and entire 1st floor smelled of marijuana. Walls paper thin, sheets were stained and dirty. Bathroom shower along with towels had hair all over them. Disgusting place and would never recommend or stay there again. Will make me re-evaluate Extended Stay America as a chain in the future.

Glad we didn't "extend" our stay. Very dirty room, stained bedding and hair and toenails on the floor in the bathroom. "Continental Breakfast" was straight out of a vending machine. No fruit available until after the holiday. The hotel was packed, go to grocery store for some fruit would have been helpful. When we went to check out, the front desk couldn't give us the final bill.

Not worth the stay (short-term or extended stay) I requested a non-smoking room (on hotels.com) and was told by the receptionist that I was reserved a smoking room but that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I could smell the difference the moment I walked on the floor. The room was even worst, it smelled of smoke! The continental breakfast only came with prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee or hot water for tea. No fruit, or juice as an additional option for breakfast.

Great staff, rooms were filthy overall it just wasn't clean. Floors, towels, TV remote, bathroom...
