I booked a non smoking room and smoke was wafting through the vents into our room. It was offensive!! When I checked in, I had to sign a waiver that I would not smoke in the room. Silly me — assuming all rooms would require that. When I called the front desk, the attendant indicated that it sometimes happens as some of the smoke from the 4th floor far end comes through the vents (we were 3rd floor opposite end). No pool, no lobby. Less than friendly staff. Rooms were pretty gross.

Understaffed, no housekeeping services during my 4 night stay, room not clean, poor amenities.

Location was convenient for work in the area. Staff was pleasant a checking. Room was disappointing. Kitchenette had no utensils for preparing any food.No coffee machine unless you asked specifically for one from the front desk. Ice machines not available on the premise. Bathroom needed some maintenance. Bed and pillows not comfortable. Would not stay at this location again

The stafff was great, it was obvious that they were under staffed with only 1 person working. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.
