Hotel bath room drain was slow. shower low pressure. smell greasy in room. I like the view outside but the bed smell heck of bad. to old. breakfast no good. cheep breakfast this is first I saw this breakfast . is worse . I don't like it.

Could've been a better experience When we got there power was off for 45min. Had to ask for new sheets. They were dirty and the bathroom had hair in the shower. A/c kept turning off. Bed was comfy. I would stay again tho

Had to ask for clean sheets After a long day of physical labor in suffocating heat and humidity, we wanted nothing more than a shower, AC, and bed rest. We got the first two, but when I turned back the covers, I found the fitted sheet was soiled. My husband had to dress, go to the lobby and get fresh sheets. They gave him two flat sheets, explaining,"they were out of fitted sheets." ??? They obviously had clean flat sheets, so why hadn't the housekeeping staff made up the room properly?

Very Rude This was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They were completely unwilling to help with anything. Over the phone, they literally told me to call back and talk to someone else before they even listened to my question. I redialed and got the same person, who hung up on me. They then stopped answering the phone altogether.

never again Horrendous smoke as you get off elevator. The room looked clean enough when we entered, min smell from the hallway entered in. The next morning we noted the top sheet had dried BLOOD on it and looking at the rest of the sheet looked dirty. It grosses me out to think we slept on dirty sheets. Have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels before no problems but never again here.

Below standard even for budget stay If coffee and breakfast bars qualifies as "breakfast included" then you will not be disappointed. The hotel was very apologetic that they were out of everything else but "please understand we're new at this" whatever that means. The bathroom had an odd smell, cleanser of some sort. Temperature in the room fluctuated throughout the night. Beds were marginal.

thing about the hotel or their front lobby needs to be updated. looks shabby and dirty. receptionist not helpful. we had to ask for shampoo. no toiletries except for two tiny bars of soap in our room. no extra blanket in closet. receptionist did not mention anything about the hotel or it's ameneties. she did not mention restaurants in the area or room service info. she was not helpful at all, i felt she was there only to get us our room number and the pymt for the the stay...that's it. not professional at all. room was newly... read more

disappointing The beds are dreadfully uncomfortable and the sheets are like sandpaper. The other problem is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every door on the floor open and close. This is bad when people are up late making noise.
