Very Poor service! When we were finally able to get to our hotel exhausted from a long days drive and work, we were told that we did NOT have a reservation, I gave the reservations clerk our # and she still proceeded to take 1 1/2 hours to check us in. This was at 1:45 AM. Then the next day I was told that I did not have 2 rooms reserved only one and would I like to pay for that now as I was checking out.

Disappointing The room was not very clean, and I did see bugs on more than one occasion. The last day I was there I actually try to capture the bugs I uncovered in my bed to share with the staff. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights, my room was not cleaned the time I was there, nor were fresh towels brought in. The breakfast is definitely a grab and go, not much there at all. Need to review cleaning The room was dirty enough I had to take pictures and send to the manager. I stayed three nights but didn't get a clean room until my third.
/we will not ever stay at an extended stay property again. We found that everything request was a problem. The room had a very profound smell of bleach that lasted the four nights that we stayed. The breakfast bar consisted of protein bars apples and oranges, tea and coffee. Very little to choose from.
No frills hotel I stayed 6 days... perhaps a single night stay would be better.
18 miles from everyting the room had a odor was very dusty the bathroom vanity was dirty,mirror,toilet, and floor not happy with extended stay and will not stay there again..
Room Stay Upon checking in, rooms were not what I reserved online. We were told we would get 'what was available' - not 'what was reserved'. Requested three rooms together - we received three rooms on three different floors. Hotel staff not friendly, seemed too busy chatting with each other versus helping hotel guests.
