great service, okay rooms. The floor we stayed on had a foul smell as we walked out of the elevator. The room felt a bit cheap--the cabinet was peeling. The carpet had a lot of stains. We just didn't feel that comfortable. But, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Should be refunded Absolutely horrible. Hotel lobby and entire 1st floor smelled of marijuana. Walls paper thin, sheets were stained and dirty. Bathroom shower along with towels had hair all over them. Disgusting place and would never recommend or stay there again. Will make me re-evaluate Extended Stay America as a chain in the future.
Glad we didn't "extend" our stay. Very dirty room, stained bedding and hair and toenails on the floor in the bathroom. "Continental Breakfast" was straight out of a vending machine. No fruit available until after the holiday. The hotel was packed, go to grocery store for some fruit would have been helpful. When we went to check out, the front desk couldn't give us the final bill.

Not worth the stay (short-term or extended stay) I requested a non-smoking room (on hotels.com) and was told by the receptionist that I was reserved a smoking room but that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I could smell the difference the moment I walked on the floor. The room was even worst, it smelled of smoke! The continental breakfast only came with prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee or hot water for tea. No fruit, or juice as an additional option for breakfast.

Great staff, rooms were filthy overall it just wasn't clean. Floors, towels, TV remote, bathroom...

Case of the missing jackets Understanding that it was an Extended Stay, not high on the accommodations scale of quality to begin with, room was sparsely furnished as was bathroom. Shower rod was loose and slumpted down, shower mixing valve was so loose that just with gravity the handle rotated, changing water temp. Not what I would expect form this place. Well the fist room that was given to us smelled of smoke. Even though we clearly requested a non-smoking room. Then I was told that there were no other rooms, like the one we requested, available. Then we were given a double bed room instead of another single queen or King bed room. This room also smelled and just enhanced my disappointment. Also when we entered the room, the windows was open as if they were trying to air it out first.

They shouldn't say breakfast is included when there is NO FOOD is available except coffee and granola bar.
worst hotel terrible here. Make me sick. No clean for 7 days stay. Vending machine broken. Stuff lazy. Have to ask one thing for many times.
