Review For the price, it's okay. It doesn't deserve a 4.0 customer rating. That should be reserved for better quality hotels. There was some issues with check in. They gave me a room which was already occupied. The next room smelled of smoke and mold. This is an okay place to crash for the night, but not long term. The location is good since it have many restaurants and stores within walking distance, and it's close to the highway, but not right on the highway. I probably will not stay at this location again.

Becareful, rooms you ask for - they wont have. Booked on hotels.com but then I got to the hotel and they told me there werent any queen rooms that were non-smoking. We could either have a room (non smoking) with two doubles or smoking rooms. We didnt want the doubles, so all we were left with was smoking rooms. The lady at the front desk recommended we get a king smoking room (since those arent rented as often). The room smelt along with the whole floor (4th). Wont come back.

Extra Charges We showed up at the hotel, having booked and paid over the phone, and the clerk announced that her manager had left her a note to charge us an additional $25 for the pull-away bed that we had specifically asked for. When we complained, she told us that it was because they were extra full. She called her manager when we continued to complain, and offered to lower the fee to $10. OK for what I needed My wife had an event at our home and I needed to get out for a couple of days. The room was good sized but felt dated. I had a non-smoking room but occasionally got a strong smell of cigarette smoke from somewhere else. It was very strong in the elevator. It was about what you wold expect from a two-star hotel.

Just OK The room could have been cleaner especially because they don't clean your room for you unless you stay longer than 6 nights; we stayed 6 nights. They didn't provide dish soap but they expect you to wash the dishes you use. The person above us was unbelievably loud walking across the floor every morning. There's no smoking in any of the rooms (yeah!) but that means that the smokers congregate outside the entrances. extnd stay bothell wa, not as advertized Won't give what you pay for in advance then after complaining you get what you paid for but poor fixtures and worn out bed not very many things as they advertise it to be can't even get a cup of coffee unless you bring it like we did I would suggest if you want clean bedding here bring your own and hope you don't have a allergy to cigarettes like I do it took three days to recover from the staff giving away what we paid for and reserved then gave us a worn out filthy room wich resembl... read more

hotel has not been upgraded - especially lWe always stay at the Bothell hotel since my son and family live in the town. It was wonderfully convenient. However, our room especially needed upgrading. We were treated very friendly by the staff. We appreciated the daily newspaper's availability. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room.

A Last Resort While the hotel is conveniently located off of I-405, I wouldn't stay here again. There was a moldy smell barely concealed by deoderizer, the beds were like cement slabs (and I like a firm bed) and one of the blankets was dirty. When we asked for another blanket, we were told there were no more. No bathroom amenities except cheap soap. The front desk clerk was pleasant, but I've stayed in much nicer places for the same amount of money. I won't be booking any more rooms at any Extended Stays.
