Good staff good location breakfast was not available due to covid 19 but was not a big deal.

Making you feel at home First impression was just a beautiful landscape. Great security doors. And a very inviting Lobby. Check in was quick. My room was very clean top to bottom. And the kitchen was perfect. I highly recommend this Hotel. I booked this because I needed a kitchen. Because eating out can be costly. All my needs and expectations was fully satisfied.

We appreciate hotels that take pets. When we found a problem with our room (stains on bedspread) we were given a new room. The room was fairly clean; there were some spills and smears on one wall and the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The best part was the welcoming and friendliness from Nicollete (I believe that's her name) very helpful, super nice lady. The bad part was that the room was not very well cleaned. We found lots of hair in the tub, in the sink from the bathroom and on the floor. We also found dirty spots, it was like whoever cleaned it up was in a big rush. There is diffidently room for improvement in the cleaning area.

I appreciate that staff was very concerned about meeting my needs and they were also very professional. The only bad experience I had was noticing that the staff did not change the sheets out from the prior guests.

Don't book via hotels.com I made the mistake of booking via Hotels.com. They messed up the reservation, after 4 phone calls I cancelled their reservation. The sweet gal at the front desk got me a nice room at the same price as Hotels.com. The stay was great.
