This hotel was disgusting, it looked like a 3rd world country, in a 1st world country with 1st world charges. Disgustingly dirty, it looks like a mexican encampment, loud all night long. They were going from room to room, I am afraid I will get COVID. The room stunk so bad - yuck. I will never stay in another extended stay america again.

Won't Stay Again I've got to say I was very disappointed. They advertise coffee and breakfast, which is no longer available due to COVID, although the other hotels in the same neighborhood do. The room has a nice kitchenette, but they don't tell you that you have to obtain utensils and a hairdryer at the front desk. They did not mention this at check in. Disappointing stay This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Below is what happened. - when we checked in the front desk guy wasn’t friendly, at all, he was sloppy. - he gave us our first key card and when we entered the room it was occupied! There were luggage out and medicine bottles on the counter and a box of flowers! The person that checked us barely spoke to us, it felt like we were interrupting him by checking in. There was nothing telling us how the hotel was keeping things clean during our stay. The room was ok, however the shower curtain had hair on it and the shower didnt look like it had been cleaned in ages. Overall it was just kind of gross.
