A quick move We originally stayed in a room down the hall from the room we're in now. We had to move do to cockroaches, and a garbage can that wasn't cleaned out properly. These issues were addressed with the property and the GM. Within minutes she had the issue resolved. The young woman at the front desk and the GM were truly customer service oriented. This would have all been a true disaster if had not been for them .

Very close to Showare Center. Facilities were dated and run down but it was clean.

Hotels.com did not reserve a non-smoking room for me and did not release my contact information to the hotel so the hotel had no way to contact me confirming arrangements. Hotel staff were able to provide acceptable accommodations upon arrival and were very kind and helpful.
